These terms apply to the SUKUMASUP LTD website and Exercise Form Trainer. By accessing the website or installing or using the app, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the relevant service.
These terms do not remove consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
2. Educational use only
Exercise Form Trainer provides general educational information about commonly taught exercise technique. The content is not personalised to you and cannot account for your individual experience, body, health, medical history, equipment, environment, or goals.
Using the app or website does not create a coaching, medical, therapeutic, or other professional relationship with SUKUMASUP LTD.
3. Health and exercise safety
The app and website are not medical services. They do not diagnose, treat, cure, prevent, assess, or monitor any medical condition, movement, or injury.
You are responsible for deciding whether and how to exercise, choosing an appropriate level, using safe equipment and surroundings, and seeking qualified advice when needed. Stop if you experience pain, dizziness, chest discomfort, unusual shortness of breath, or other unusual symptoms. Read the full Exercise Safety statement.
4. Permission to use the app and website
Subject to these terms and any applicable app-store terms, SUKUMASUP LTD grants you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable permission to use Exercise Form Trainer and access this website for lawful, non-commercial purposes.
You do not acquire ownership of the app, website, content, design, brand, or underlying technology.
5. Acceptable use
You must not:
- use the app or website unlawfully or to harm another person;
- misrepresent educational content as personalised medical or professional advice;
- copy, sell, sublicense, redistribute, or commercially exploit protected content except where law or an open-source licence permits;
- attempt to disrupt, compromise, or gain unauthorised access to the website, app, or related systems;
- remove ownership, attribution, or legal notices.
6. Content and intellectual property
Unless stated otherwise, SUKUMASUP LTD owns or licenses the app and website content, branding, interface, text, graphics, and code. Lessons, cues, and challenge questions are provided as-is and describe commonly taught technique; they may not reflect every valid coaching approach.

7. Your device and data
The app stores its settings and learning data locally. You are responsible for your device, its security, its backups, and access by other people. Resetting, clearing, uninstalling, restoring, or changing devices may affect local data.
8. Third-party services and links
Google Play, Android backup, email, telephone, sharing apps, and any linked third-party site are operated by others under their own terms. SUKUMASUP LTD does not control third-party services and is not responsible for their availability, content, or practices.
9. Availability and updates
We may update, change, suspend, or discontinue all or part of the app or website. We do not guarantee that every feature will always be available, error-free, compatible with every device, or preserved indefinitely. Updates may change content, features, compatibility, or these terms.
10. Disclaimers and liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the app, website, and content are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without promises that they are complete, current, uninterrupted, or suitable for a particular person or purpose.
SUKUMASUP LTD does not exclude or limit liability where doing so would be unlawful, including liability that cannot be excluded under applicable consumer law. Subject to that, SUKUMASUP LTD is not responsible for losses caused by relying on general educational content as personalised guidance, unsafe exercise choices, unsuitable equipment or surroundings, third-party services, events outside reasonable control, or unauthorised device access.
11. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms when the app, website, or legal requirements change. The effective date above identifies the current version. Continuing to use the app or website after an update means the current terms apply.
