Your favourites, learned exercises, practice history, and settings are kept in the app’s private storage on your device. Eligible data may be included in your Android backup if device backup is enabled.
Check that Daily reminder is enabled in the app and that Android notification permission is allowed. Battery or device notification settings may also delay or block local reminders.
Open Settings and choose Reset progress to clear learned exercises, favourites, and practice history. Uninstalling the app also removes local data, although Android may offer to restore an existing backup if you install again.
No. The app does not use your camera, assess your movement, diagnose a condition, or promise to prevent injury. It provides general educational lessons about commonly taught exercise technique.
