1. The short version
Exercise Form Trainer works entirely offline. It has no accounts, analytics, advertising, tracking, or network requests. Nothing you do in the app is sent to SUKUMASUP LTD or a third party.
This static website is designed without cookies, analytics, advertising, account creation, or contact forms. If it is later hosted by a third-party provider, that provider may process basic technical request data to deliver and secure the site; the provider’s terms and privacy information should be reviewed as part of publication.
2. Information handled by this website
The website files themselves do not set cookies, store information in your browser, use tracking pixels, or send form submissions. Links that start an email or phone call use your chosen device application.
If you email or call us, we receive the information you choose to provide, such as your contact details and message. We use it to respond, provide support, maintain records of the enquiry where reasonably necessary, and meet legal obligations. Do not send passwords, payment details, medical records, or other unnecessary sensitive information.
3. The Exercise Form Trainer app
Exercise Form Trainer is an offline educational app. It does not collect health measurements or information about your body, medical conditions, symptoms, location, contacts, photos, microphone, camera, device identifiers, or advertising identifiers.
The app has no account system, advertising, analytics, tracking SDK, or developer-operated server. It does not declare Android Internet permission and does not transmit your app activity to SUKUMASUP LTD or third parties. We cannot view your learning history or settings.
4. Information stored on your device
The app stores the following locally inside its private Android storage:
- favourite exercises;
- exercises marked as learned and lesson progress;
- practice history, results, accuracy, streaks, and milestones;
- recently viewed lessons;
- selected level and preferred categories;
- reminder time and whether reminders are enabled;
- theme, sound, and haptic preferences.
This information exists only to provide the app’s learning, settings, and progress features.
5. Android backup
If Android backup is enabled on your device, eligible app data may be included in a backup controlled through your Android or Google account. Android’s backup service, not SUKUMASUP LTD, handles that process. We cannot access your backup. You can manage or delete backups through your device or account settings.
6. Optional notifications
If you enable the daily reminder, the app requests notification permission where Android requires it. The reminder is scheduled and generated on your device. It does not use push messaging and does not transmit data.
7. External actions and services
If you choose Rate App, Android opens the app’s Google Play listing. If you choose Share App, Android opens the system share sheet with text you may choose to send. Google Play, your selected sharing app, your email provider, your phone provider, and any hosting provider process information under their own policies. Exercise Form Trainer does not receive information from Rate or Share actions.
8. Security and retention
App data is protected by Android’s app sandbox and remains in private storage until you reset progress, clear app data, or uninstall the app. No storage method is guaranteed to be completely secure, but the app reduces risk by keeping learning data local and requesting only notification permission for the optional reminder.
Support correspondence is retained only as long as reasonably needed to answer the enquiry, maintain necessary business records, resolve disputes, and meet legal requirements.
9. Children’s privacy
The app and website are not directed specifically at children, do not provide account creation, and do not knowingly collect personal information through the product. If a parent or guardian believes a child has sent personal information to us by email or phone, contact us so we can review and, where appropriate, delete it.
10. Your controls and requests
Use Settings → Reset progress in the app to clear learning data. Uninstalling the app removes local data, although Android may offer to restore an existing backup if backup is enabled.
For personal information you have sent directly to SUKUMASUP LTD, you may contact us to ask about access, correction, deletion, restriction, or another right available under applicable data-protection law. We may need enough information to verify and respond to the request.
11. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy when the app, website, company practices, or legal requirements change. The effective date above identifies the current version.
